Recently, the Medpures Party branch, in conjunction with the labor union, organized a team building activity with the theme of "Gathering strength and working together to create the future" at the "Yu You Camping Base", showcasing the spirit of unity, cooperation, and vitality of the Medpures family.
At the event site, under the guidance of professional development coaches, a series of challenging team tasks were carried out one by one. From physical training that requires tacit cooperation to track passing that tests strategy and collaboration, every game segment is a deep exercise of team spirit and collective wisdom. The atmosphere on site was lively, with laughter and encouragement intertwined constantly.
After the intense gaming session, a warm and in-depth sharing session immediately unfolded. Colleagues sit in a circle and introduce themselves with the most sincere attitude, sharing their experience of the activity. At noon, a fragrant camping barbecue kicked off. Smoke wafts from the kitchen, and everyone collaborates and shares delicious food in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, with endless laughter and joy. At this moment, we are not only colleagues fighting side by side, but also close partners.
